Ma Cluckers was born out of Hooks Texas, and brought to Los Angeles in 1962. Yhe chicken sausage recipe has been handed down , 3 gererations, and now brought to your table. Our motto has always been and will continue to be, to make good wholesome and healthy chicken sausage.

Our chicken sausages are free of preservatives, and artificial fillers. We pride ourselves on making the best all natural sausages.

Ma Cluckers are seasoned to perfection, made fresh every day, air sealed and "flash" frozen. This keeps the natural flavors fresh and wholesome. Our sausage can be purchased in bulk or links;  hot or mild and eaten in a variety of ways... Baked, Grilled or Fried and in many of your favorite recipes.
